Helpdesk

After four or five attempts to flash a new firmware with the new GUI, apparently the flashing had succeeded and I hit shutdown within the same interface. Have earlier configured to use mUSB as main . source and battery-pack as secondary. Tried to restart by reattaching the mUSB, leading to steady blue LED light but no rebooted Pi. Pulled the jumper Cap a couple of times, to no avail.

Please advise,

Hello mirrormurr,

did you put the Flash-jumper back into its "off"-position?

Dear Niklas,

Must admit I got a little confused there for a minute, truly sometimes the solutions are there right in the open..

But, alas, I had moved the flash-jumper back to off before restarting. I guess we will have to continue troubleshooting...

Hello mirrormurr,

maybe reflashing the firmware again could fix the problem.

Otherwise we would recommend getting a replacement for your StromPi.

I'll attempt to re-flash.

Do you recommend using the new UI (on top of this form) or use terminal?

Ofcourse you can use the StromPi3 configurator made by Gismo. Maybe it is worth a try.
